Raised in the close-knit community of Prosser, Washington, Rebecka brings a warm, welcoming presence and a strong background in healthcare to her role as Patient Care Coordinator. With two years of dedicated healthcare experience, Rebecka transitioned into the hearing care field to expand her professional knowledge while continuing her passion for helping others.

As the front office coordinator, Rebecka is often the first friendly face patients see when entering the clinic. She keeps daily operations running seamlessly by managing check-ins, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, answering phone calls, and keeping patient records up to date. Her ultimate goal is to ensure you feel supported, valued, and well taken care of from the moment you arrive!

What Rebecka loves most about her work is the tight-knit, supportive environment. She thrives on taking on each day alongside team members who treat one another like family and share a genuine commitment to the patients they serve.

Outside of the clinic, Rebecka stays busy capturing moments as a passionate photographer. She loves traveling to new places, attending concerts, bowling, singing karaoke, and making lasting memories with her boyfriend, his children, her nephew, and her close family and friends.
