Patient Care Coordinator
Caitlin grew up just north of Seattle, where she spent most of her life in the same close-knit neighborhood. She attended Western Washington University and graduated in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in linguistics and an ESL teaching certificate.
Caitlin was drawn to healthcare because of her passion for helping others navigate important services and resources. With family members who may face hearing concerns in the future, she is especially excited to learn more about hearing care and support patients and their loved ones in finding the solutions that best fit their needs.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, Caitlin’s primary focus is creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient. She assists with scheduling appointments, coordinating patient information, managing paperwork, and helping patients understand the processes involved in receiving care and utilizing their benefits. She believes that a friendly voice and a supportive presence can make healthcare feel more approachable and less intimidating.
Caitlin enjoys working in medical administration because it combines her love of communication, organization, and helping people. She is passionate about making information accessible and empowering patients with the knowledge they need to feel confident throughout their healthcare journey.
Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys writing, exploring museums, and pursuing her lifelong fascination with dinosaurs and paleontology. She can often be found hiking in search of fossil impressions, visiting exhibits at Seattle’s Burke Museum, or discussing films and documentaries. She also enjoys practicing her language skills in Chinese, French, and Spanish.
