Clinic Manager-West Region

Kylie Kirksey is the Clinic Manager for the Western Washington offices, overseeing operations at Highline, Magnolia, and Mill Creek. She grew up in the Renton Highlands and attended Liberty High School before continuing her education at the University of Washington in Seattle.

Kylie’s interest in hearing care began after shadowing a close family friend who worked as an ENT. Her passion grew during college while working in newborn hearing screening at a hospital, where she found it incredibly rewarding to be part of early interventions that can make a lasting impact on patients’ lives.

In her role, Kylie is dedicated to ensuring each clinic runs smoothly day-to-day. She works closely with patient care coordinators, manages schedules, organizes patient outreach, and supports both staff and providers to create a seamless and positive experience for every patient.

Kylie finds the most fulfillment in seeing the transformation patients experience—from their first visit to the moment they leave with hearing aids. Witnessing that immediate improvement and the joy it brings is what makes her work so meaningful.

Outside of work, Kylie enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, boating, and camping with her fiancé. They love traveling and taking road trips, and she also enjoys crafting in her free time. Most of all, she loves spending time with their two cats, Gigi and Oliver.
