Kirk Bagley

Kirk is originally from Pasco, Washington, and he attended school locally before pursuing his bachelor’s degree in biology at an out-of-state university. Even after spending time away, the Tri-Cities still felt like home to him, and Kirk is grateful to be working in the community that shaped him.

Having a lifelong passion for the medical field, the world of audiology stood out to Kirk because of the personal impact it has on people’s daily lives. Kirk feels that helping patients improve their ability to connect with the world is incredibly meaningful work. Being part of a team that supports better hearing and better health felt like a natural fit to him.

Kirk’s role at Sound Audiology focuses on helping patients understand and make the most of their insurance benefits, something he has been doing for more than fifteen years. His day often involves answering billing questions, checking coverage, sorting out claim issues, and making sure each patient actually receives the benefits they’re entitled to.

Kirk takes a practical, steady approach to problem-solving and works hard to keep the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He genuinely enjoys turning something as confusing as insurance into information people can understand and act on. Helping someone get the care they need without extra hassle is something he takes real pride in, and it’s a big part of what keeps him motivated from day to day.

However, Kirk’s commitment to patients goes well beyond billing. He truly believes in supporting individuals through every step of their hearing journey. The Tri-Cities community means the world to him, and he is honored to serve the people who make the area such a special place.

Outside of work, Kirk enjoys watching old black-and-white films, spending time with his family, and writing music when inspired. He also loves participating in community events around the Tri-Cities because it always feels like one big family gathering to him.
