Doctor of Audiology

Julie grew up in the suburbs of Seattle, WA, and attended Western Washington University and the University of Washington for her undergraduate and graduate studies.

Her interest in hearing care began while working in a regional medical center with backgrounds in mental health, counseling, and developmental pediatrics. After learning more about audiology and being inspired by the physicians she worked alongside, Julie chose to pursue her doctorate in audiology.

Julie’s day-to-day responsibilities include performing diagnostic audiologic evaluations, counseling patients on their hearing test results, assessing and fitting hearing devices using best-practice methods, and supporting patients through follow-up care to ensure their devices are programmed for the best possible outcomes.

She loves connecting with her patients and their families, supporting them through their hearing loss journey, and building strong, trusting relationships along the way.

Outside of the office, Julie enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to spy podcasts, and re-watching her favorite movies.
