The COVID-19 pandemic has critically affected how many businesses operate. But at Sound Audiology, the team had the desire to help patients receive expert hearing care, no matter the situation.

This led to the creation of the ‘Curbside Service’.

Without having to leave their vehicle, patients could collect a range of different hearing care support services – from clean and checks, to repairs, and hearing aid supply pick-ups.

This rapid, contact-free approach meant everyone remained safe throughout the process. It soon became a favorite among those in the community.

Today, the service is more than just a solution to social distancing. It’s one of the central pillars of how patients can gain care at Sound Audiology, alongside Sound Hearing Cloud and in-patient appointments.

But many new patients often ask, “How does it work?”

#1 – Plan Your Visit

Before you come to one of the clinics, it’s best to phone and book an appointment in advance. This will ensure that the team is ready to assist you with your particular concern or requirement.

But they know sometimes this isn’t feasible. So patients can also just drive up to a center and receive assistance. However, you may have to wait slightly longer as a consequence.

#2 – Parking Up and Calling Us

When you arrive, all you need to do is park your vehicle and call the office to let them know which vehicle you’re in.

They’ll then come out to assist you. Please do not leave your vehicle for any reason during this process. Appointments shouldn’t last more than 10 minutes.

#3 – Receive Help and Care

After this, you’ll be able to receive fantastic support direct from a specialist.

There has never been an easier, more convenient way of getting the help and expertise you need to improve your hearing.

To schedule an appointment via the Curbside Service, call your local Sound Audiology office.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Do you know somebody that needs to see this? Why not share it?
