Patient Care Coordinator

Taylor grew up in Tri-cities and graduated from Richland High. She received her associate degree from Columbia Basin College and is currently working on her bachelor’s degree at Western Governors University.

Taylor’s decision to work within hearing care has deep, personal roots. Having worn hearing aids since she was three years old, she has always been passionate about the industry. She recalls that the people who worked at the clinic she went to while growing up were amazing, and they inspired her to help others with their hearing in the same way they helped her.

As our patient care coordinator, Taylor is the first point of contact for patients, so she makes sure everyone feels welcome. Other responsibilities include answering any questions patients may have, scheduling and answering the phones, managing referrals and coordinating LNI claims and authorizations, and handling insurance benefit inquiries.

Taylor says that she loves her coworkers and all the people she has gotten to know through working at Sound Audiology. She has met some great people who have inspired her to be a better person and keep working toward her goals.

Taylor also enjoys working with the patients every day. She likes being someone the patients can relate to, as she wears hearing aids herself Outside of the office, Taylor likes to sew, crochet, take care of her plants and her cats, and spend time with her boyfriend and friends. Additionally, she loves to travel and spend time outdoors. Taylor is especially looking forward to going boating in the summer!
