Patient Coordinator

I am Patient coordinator and Receptionist at Sound Audiology Kennewick. I moved to Tri cities my freshman year of high school and graduated from Kamiakin.

My key responsibilities are to have good communication with the patients and staff to make things flow smoothly. To make sure patients are happy from when they walk through our door to when they leave our office. I make sure patients have a great experience when they come to our office.

I love that every day is different. I enjoy getting to know people, and seeing people smile. (pre covid) Plus I really enjoy learning about hearing aids and how they help our patients have a happier lifestyle.

Outside the office I enjoy time with friends and family, baking cakes and taking photos for friends and family. I also enjoy working out and riding my bike.
