Lauren Sandoval
Patient Care Coordinator
Lauren is originally from a small town called Mattawa. Following her family’s move to the Tri-Cities, she attended Chiawana High School. Lauren also studied at Columbia Basin College in the Running Start program and majored in multi-cultural communications.
Her experience as a patient and hearing aid wearer influenced Lauren’s decision to work within the world of hearing care. Her understanding of hearing loss and the challenges patients may face plays a special role in making them feel at ease.
As our patient care coordinator, Lauren assists new-coming and experienced patients throughout their hearing care journey. She strives to provide a sense of security, pay strong attention to detail, regularly communicate with her team, and stay organized behind the scenes. This dedication results in patients leaving our facilities knowing that the Sound team is always there to support them when needed.
Lauren loves how her role at Sound Audiology continues to evolve. She relishes the opportunity to continuously learn something new and the chance to improve her skills – ultimately applying them to her day-to-day tasks.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys making polymer clay earrings. She shares, “I love to create pieces of jewelry that make people feel even more beautiful than they already are!”
